Computer Research Center of Islamic Sciences was established in 1989 under the auspice of the Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution, Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamemei. Promulgation of the rich Islamic culture, facilitation of access to Islamic sources and texts, and acceleration of the task of searching and researching in the field of Islamic sciences by employing computer capabilities to introduce the world to the right knowledge and thoughts of the Ahl al-Bayt (`a.s.) in the modern form and format are among the goals of this center.
